Eve wins best in class!

This past weekend freshman Eve Galbraith won best in class for her performance in the solo and ensemble contest! She was one of only 2 cellists in the entire high school division to receive this honor. Congratulations Eve!

New students!

I'm beginning the new season with this blog for my students to update everyone on all the great things my talented students are doing. The first news is that I have 3 new students.

Scott McKenzie is a senior at Anderson High School and is currently preparing for the Texas All State auditions. Louis Leon is a junior at St Stephen's, the brother of my current student, Jacob Leon, and is also preparing for All State.

And I'm also teaching Pamela Horton who is in 8th grade at Hill Country Middle School.

I am so excited to welcome these talented young people into my studio! All of you are learning new solo pieces and preparing for auditions and competitions. I am looking forward to this new year with you. I will keep you posted....
